Note: The following are starting rates for the 2008 and 2009 calendar years. Rates will increase for peak weekends (500 Race, Final 4, F-1 Race, etc.). For 2009, all evening events must start after 6:30 p.m.

You and your guests can enjoy the entire museum, including our Grand Hall, Clowes Sculpture Court featuring OneAmerica Terrace, permanent and special exhibition galleries, and our elegant outdoor space along the Indianapolis downtown Central Canal (weather permitting). This space is only available for evening rental.

• The auditorium, which is located on the first floor near the museum’s main entrance, is complete with audio-visual equipment, a soundproof equipment room, and elevated stage and (movable) theater seats

• No food or beverage is allowed in this space.

Sample the Sky City Café's Southwestern and Native American cuisine in the restaurant's private dining area. This space is available for daytime and evening rental.

The museum's Thompson Boardroom provides a view of the museum's gardens and the downtown Central Canal. The space, which features state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, can be divided for smaller meetings or the full room can be used. The Boardroom is available for daytime rental only.

• Up to 35 people in full boardroom
• Up to 12 people in divided space
