Note: The following are starting rates for the 2011 and 2012 calendar years. Rates will increase for peak weekends (500 Race, Final 4, F-1 Race, etc.). All evening events must start after 6:30 p.m.

This space is only available for evening rental.

Sample the Sky City Café's Southwestern and Native American cuisine in the restaurant's private dining area. This space is available for daytime and evening rental.

• Evening – up to 150 (Evening includes outdoor patio.)

The museum's Thompson Boardroom provides a view of the museum's gardens and the downtown Central Canal. The space, which features state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, can be divided for smaller meetings or the full room can be used. The Boardroom is available for daytime rental only.

Accommodates:

• Up to 35 people in full boardroom
• Up to 12 people in divided space

• All audio visual equipment is an additional charge.
